      By GlobeTrotter | November 8, 2009

nullThe John F Kennedy Space Centre is worth visiting for any person who is space enthusiasts. KSC organizes public tours which makes this building a visitor centre. Most of the portion of KSC is protected from outsiders. The vehicle assembly building had the largest American flag painted on it with only a star measuring 6 feet diameter.

The KSC visitor complex has museums, stimulating space rides, IMAX theatres and bus tours to have a look around the area. A person above the age of 12 years will be charged $38 as the admission charge. The base admission includes a bus tour to the observation gantry and to the Apollo Statum V centre.

The observation gantry allows a visitor to see the launch pads and the rest of Kennedy Space Centre property. The Apollo centre is a massive museum where Saturn V launch vehicle is displayed other than Apollo capsule and space innovations.
