      By GlobeTrotter | October 22, 2009

nullThe Czech capital and the largest city of the country, Prague is by far the most interesting of cities in Czech Republic. With the castle as the nexus of the city, Prague has a lot to boast about. With the largest ancient castle structure in the world offering the most fantastic views of the underlying areas, Prague begs to be different from all the other European travel destinations.

The Chrales Bridge from the 14th century is also one of Prague’s most happening places. The Josefov is the historical ghetto of the Jewish, preserved especially for the big Moorish styled synagogues and the Jewish cemetery.

The Czech National Museum, the Prague Giant Metronome and the Memorial to the 1989 Velvet Revolution are recent structures that have caught the tourists’ eyes. You could also visit the Prague Dancing House which is by far one of the most awesome architectural marvels. The Old Town, the New Town and the Lesser Town are also worth a visit to.
