It shares its borders with Nepal, China, UP, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. This place is majorly popular for its exotic tourist attractions which mainly include the Snowclad Mountains across its borders. The most popular places which attract tourists are briefly listed below.


      This place is famous for its natural beauty which is enhanced by the presence of Naini peak which is snow clad most part of the year. Other tourist attractions include boating in the Naini Lake, Hanuman Garhi, Dorothy’s seat etc.


      Almora is a fine-looking hill station full of scenic beauty. The Chitai and the Nanda Devi temples enhance the beauty of this place. Koshi and Suyal rivers surround this place.


      Mussoorie is located in the Garhwal hills also known as the queen of hill stations. The Gun hill, Mussoorie Lake, Jwalaji temple, Kempty falls majorly attracts the tourists.
