Firstly you should know that if you have chosen France as your honeymoon destination then you are definitely a lovey dovey couple choosing a place so romantic. It is a dream spot to people who love history, arts, diverse cuisine and a combination of urban and rural experience. When it comes to celebrate love the French way, there are several options to consider before you start off.

You must consider going to Paris because it will be an injustice to the country if you go to France and not land in Paris.

The best time to visit France would be in September considering the climate. If you want to be at peace with the least tourist around, you can travel in October. If winter is your fantasy then you can head for snowy mountains and picture perfect views. The French cuisine to you will be an awesome delight with its simplicity and exquisite presentations thus creating an ever-lasting memory.

It is, however, sure to put a heavy tug on your purse-strings, what with everything being tailored for the posh and stylish!

Cannes, however, can also be visited even f you’re on a budget. Cheap accommodation is always available in the form of hostels and dormitories that you can share with a lot of people on a pay-per-bed basis, which is definitely cheaper. You could also head to Cannes La Bocca or Le Cannet, or even the towns of Antibes or Juan le Pins in the Riviera for inexpensive lodging facilities.

Food is also a major issue in Cannes, especially if you’re on a tight budget, since most hotels and restaurants cater to the higher-ups with full course meals that could scour out your last penny! You could head to the sea-side shacks and beach restaurants which offer full meals at low prices and savour the taste of Cannes cuisine.

With over a thousand species of plants which are mostly succulent, the Jardin Exotique de Monaco is a must see. The plants are a constant source of enigma to any tourist to the garden.

The cliff foot shelters a number of stalactites and stalagmites that lead you in to a cave. The cave has been found to have prehistoric relevance and a museum of Prehistoric Anthropology was set up here to display the remains from the prehistoric era.

The view of the coast is magnificent from the exotic garden of Jardin Exotique de Monaco. Besides are a plethora of Italian and French Riverias that take your breath away even while traveling alongside you. The weather is also mild owning to the garden’s proximity to the sea.

Sheltering awesome art pieces from across the generations, Louvre is not only beautiful inside- it presents its ubiquitous charm to a casual onlooker too.

Built as a fortress in France under Phillips II, Louvre now houses more than 35,000 objects from prehistoric times to the modern day.

Though mostly known for the section on art and sculpture, the louver, other than being home to Leonardo Da Vinci’s Monalisa, also showcases Egyptian and Eastern antiquities, Roman, Greek and Etruscan sculptures, Islamic art forms and much more.

The Louvre Museum is perhaps all the more appealing to people because of all the controversies it has borne. The Louvre has been claimed by several races including the Israelis and the Jews but was finally retained by the French in their capital city. With Louvre, standing tall, you have no dearth of places to visit on your Paris trip.
